Unfortunately due to work circumstances and large volume orders this is the only way I can continue to provide the low prices and lovely products that I do - my time online is limited, occassionally it can take me up to 2 to 3 days to pack a large order - if other commitments during the day take up my time I sometimes work well past midnight to make certain the items get shipped within the time-table I work to.
My shipping period is 4 weeks - you WILL GET YOUR GOODS within this period and you WILL get them at good prices, so please be patient.

If you are purchasing via my auction listings you are welcome to combine as many items as you wish IN A SINGLE MONTH PERIOD ONLY. PLEASE CHECK THAT AUCTION END DATES ARE WITHIN THE MONTH YOU WISH TO ORDER.
Orders MAY NOT be combined or carried over to the next consecutive month, any auctions still to be finalised may incur SEPARATE shipping charges, even if I they get shipped in a single parcel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INFORMATION: BeadsandBaubles operates as a User/Seller on the Bidorbuy auction website within South Africa and as such is primarily bound to the terms and conditions of bidorbuy. Prices are in South African Rand (R) and include South African Value Added Tax (VAT).
AGREEMENT By accessing or using the BeadsandBaubles User/Seller portal you agree to be legally bound by the following conditions:
ORDER CONFIRMATION When you submit your order to us, you will receive an e-mail via bidorbuy confirming that we have received your order. In the event you are familiar with the bidorbuy order and payment process, please feel free to go ahead with payment, upon confirmation of which your order will be shipped and a tracking no. issued to you via email. For inexperienced users, of if you are not sure of the shipping weight, please email us for an invoice and information on how to complete the payment process.
GUARANTEE on Loss/Damage in Transit: We do not accept responsibility for items that have gone astray or lost or been damaged or tampered with during transit - issues with SAPO are the responsibility of the Buyer, upon request we will supply a copy of the receipt for the parcel containing the tracking no. via email and the onus is on the RECIPIENT to make further claim against S.A.P.O. If the SAPO tracking system indicates the item as COLLECTED, we deem it to be so - it is the customers responsibility to ensure the security of delivery addresses. WE WILL ONLY FOLLOW UP ON PROBLEMS WITH SAPO or refund/replace if you have had your parcel insured.
GUARANTEE on If Not As Described: In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase according to the description of the package, we offer a refund if the item is returned in original condition and packaging. This does not include shipping costs and a 5% return fee will be charged for administrative costs.
EXEMPT FROM GUARANTEES
All 2nd Hand Goods are sold as Voetstoots at the Buyer's Risk
Due to the Intimate Nature of Lingerie we do not accept Returns and cannot offer a quarantee.
Items marked as Handcrafted are exempt, certain items marked as handcrafted are tribal or ethnic in design, & may be made by peoples having no access to advanced technological precision machinery and/or tools (especially true of items imported from the Golden Triangle region, Myanmar, Tibet, China and other Asian regions), and therefore dependant on the manner of defect, ie, we will assess the item to determine whether the effect is particular or common to the item, or not (as in something that is totally broken)
Please note that in the event the Buyer failed to collect the parcel, these guarantees do NOT apply - in which case the Buyer will be notified if the Parcel manages to find its way back to us. The Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs incurred for the parcel to be resent. In the event a Buyer has failed to respond to the email notification within a period of 1 month and rectified the payment, the item shall be relisted and the amount already paid in by the Buyer shall be subject to monthly administrative and loss control costs to the amount of 10% of the remaining balance per month. After the period of 12 months has passed without us receiving word from the Buyer, the total remaining balance shall be forfeited to cover our administrative and loss control costs and the Buyer perceived as being untraceable.

DISPUTES Any dispute of whatsoever nature arising out of this agreement concerning any of the rights and/or obligations of any party thereto, either during the currency of the agreement or after the completion or cancellation thereof, including any dispute as to the validity of the agreement, is hereby referred to the arbitration and final decision of a single arbitrator who shall be appointed by agreement between the parties, or failing agreement at the request of either party by the Chairman for the time being of the Association of Arbitrators, and the parties agree to accept his award as final and binding upon them. The arbitration will be conducted under South African law.
